Experience with SaaS business models, Experience with digital products business models, Experience with marketplace facilitator business models, Experience with e-commerce business models, Experience with tax engines, Experience with ERP systems, Experience with indirect tax system/process improvements, CPA preferred, Foreign indirect tax experience, Experience with IT systems implementation projects related to transactional taxes
What You'll Do.
Manage indirect tax compliance processes
Ensure accurate and timely compliance
Lead taxability analysis
Assess indirect tax exposure
Perform ASC 450 analysis
Conduct statute of limitations reviews
Maintain indirect tax systems
Enhance indirect tax systems
Support accurate tax calculation
Support tax reporting
Support operational efficiency
Review exemption certificates
Manage exemption certificates
Support business expansion
Support system implementations
Support process improvements
Lead responses to indirect tax audits
Lead responses to notices
Lead responses to inquiries
Gather documentation for audits
Conduct tax research for audits
Coordinate audit defense
Manage indirect tax reconciliations
Manage relationships with external advisors
Manage relationships with service providers
