Full Job Description
**Job Description** : **1\. Job Purpose:** This is an entry level accounting position in a multinational chemical company. The position is responsible for issuing VAT invoices for companies and tax reporting preparation. **2.****Primary Responsibilities** * Issue VAT and regular invoices, ensuring all invoices are issued in timely fashion * Work closely with Customer Service Team to ensure all adjustments to the billing are correctly reflected in invoices * Perform monthly reconciliation of billings to VAT invoices issues * Prepare tax reconciliation and VAT filing * Other tasks relate as assigned by Tax manager **3****. Knowledge / Experience / Skill Needed** **Education:** Degree or certification in Accounting preferred **Skill:** Basic computer knowledge **Competencies:** * Customer focused * Good communication skill * Focus on accuracy and details * Take initiatives * Willing to accept changes **Additional Locations:**
