ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Indirect Sourcing Intern to support our procurement and sourcing operations. This internship is ideal for someone interested in supply chain, procurement, vendor management, operations, or business strategy. The intern will assist with sourcing activities related to indirect spend categories such as office supplies, software, marketing services, facilities, logistics, and professional services. This role offers hands-on experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve purchasing processes, analyze spend, and support supplier relationships. What You’ll Do - Assist with sourcing and procurement activities for indirect spend categories - Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers/vendors - Support the RFQ/RFP process, including collecting quotes and comparing pricing - Maintain vendor and procurement databases - Help track purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance metrics - Analyze spend data and prepare reports or dashboards for the sourcing team - Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to support purchasing needs - Assist in identifying cost savings and process improvement opportunities - Support contract administration and document organization - Participate in supplier meetings and internal sourcing discussions as needed What You’ll Bring - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet
