The Indirect Sales Rebate Controller role is part of the Finance Team. **Requirements:** * Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal and written). * Strong analytical skills and logical thinking * A proactive and CAN DO attitude. * Accountable, hands-on, and not afraid to tackle difficult issues. * Strong team player who can also challenge colleagues constructively. * Able to manage stress and high workloads while making sound decisions independently **Duties & Responsibilities:** * **Manage the ISR (Indirect Sales Reporting) process end-to-end** * Support the business by uploading indirect sales data into the sales reporting system. * Actively involved in Vistex implementation (Go live, Hypercare & business as usual) * Calculate Ship Through payments for distributors and review existing calculations. * Ensure that only the contracted Ship Through rebate amounts are paid. * Clarify reporting inconsistencies by collaborating with sales representatives and internal sales teams. * Track data loading and payments in an ISR tracker for clear payment status visibility. * Maintain accurate documentatio
