What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on procurement, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification, Several years of professional experience in procurement, ideally in indirect sourcing, Solid knowledge of contract law and professional supplier management, Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and/or Coupa, MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, Fluent German and English (B2), both written and spoken, negotiation skills combined with assertiveness, Strategic mindset and entrepreneurial thinking with a clear focus on results, Analytical approach and structured, independent way of working, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to actively drive change, Availability to travel internationally on a frequent basis
