What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years facility and operations leadership experience with responsibility for high-performing teams in service environments, 5+ years technical and supervisory experience in building engineering systems across multiple sites or regions, Proven track record delivering operating plans through leading practices and rigorous performance standards, Significant vendor performance management experience
Nice to Have
Proficiency in basic computer applications, G-suite, and Corrigo (desirable)
What You'll Do.
Oversee daily facility operations
Support preventive maintenance programs
Coordinate with building engineers
Monitor building automation systems
Conduct regular building inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical
Review and approve work orders
Ensure compliance with building codes
Build and lead high-performing teams
Manage direct reports
Manage client workplace experiences
Conduct FM asset evaluations
Manage communications during service outages
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Regional FM Lead and Workplace Team; Coordinate with building engineers and maintenance staff; Collaborate with teams and leadership on continuous improvement initiatives
