What You'll Do.
Create death certificates
Coordinate physician completion of certificates
Index patient information timely in EMR
Respond to telephone requests
Review and confirm authorization of patient information
Report Induced Termination of Pregnancy cases
Retrieve ambulance records
Prepare fetal strips for storage
Index patient care documentation
How You'll Work.

Communicate with Hospital Supervisor; Refer release of information calls to Correspondence staff; Assist reviewer with process during visit
