Hands‑on enterprise development experience, with Java / backend engineering as the primary skill and Salesforce as a supporting platform., Core Java (8+) expertise, including Spring / Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, performance tuning, and backend integrations., Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale, distributed Java systems in complex enterprise environments., Working knowledge of Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL) with experience integrating Salesforce with Java-based backend services., AVP‑level technical leadership capability—able to drive architecture, review code/designs, mentor engineers, and engage senior stakeholders.
