Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's degree in Tax, 4+ years progressive experience, 2 years tax provision experience, Technical knowledge of corporate federal and state income tax, Knowledge of accounting for income taxes under ASC 740, Advanced Excel skills, Proficiency in manipulating large data sets, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Ability to interact directly and effectively with managers and cross-functional teams, Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects independently

Prepare annual worldwide tax provision

Prepare month-end close entries

Coordinate with external advisors

Maintain tax due date calendar

Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments

Prepare extension calculations

Prepare other quarterly and annual filings

Maintain provision workflow

Manage tracking and resolution of tax notices

Assist with tax audits

Assist with tax controversy

Monitor tax legislation

Communicate impact of tax legislation

Communicate potential action items

Support special tax projects
