5-year relevant experience in nutrition, pharma, FMCG or consulting industry, 3-year relevant experience incentive managerial role in managing business or data analytics functions, Bachelor's degree in business administration, analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, or accounting/finance, Advanced Excel, Excel Power Query, Excel Pivot, Excel Model, Excel VBA, Access, Strategic and logical thinking, Business and financial acumens, Quantitative and analytical skills, Innovation and problem solving, Project management and time management (multi-tasking), Learning agility, attention to detail and accuracy, System thinking, Designing, deploying, and managing incentive scheme, Basic/Intermediate communication and presentation in English at all working levels
