Full Job Description

The Consultant will be part of IQVIA’s Incentive Compensation (IC) Consulting team, supporting global and affiliate‑level clients in designing, validating, and operationalizing incentive compensation plans, goal‑setting methodologies, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) solutions. The role combines analytics, incentive modeling, reporting, and client collaboration, requiring a strong understanding of pharma sales models, data processes, and IC principles. The consultant will contribute to high‑quality client deliveries, software‑enabled solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives across the IC function. **Roles and Responsibilities:** Incentive Compensation & Analytics Delivery * Prepare periodic KPI‑based reports (e.g., Market Share, Growth, Units, Value, YTD, SOV, Contribution) * Conduct ad‑hoc sales and market analysis to support client decision‑making * Perform target setting validation and target vs. achievement calculations * Execute incentive and payout calculations accurately as per plan logic * Analyze eligibility criteria such as call coverage, call trends, coaching days, vacancy rate, and productive frequency * Support customer satisfaction surveys and related analytics Data Processing & Reporting * Configure data pipelines and calculation processes * Design, implement, and maintain standard and customized reports * Process client data and perform data validation and verification checks * Fulfill client information requests in a timely and accurate manner Client Engagement & Collaboration * Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders and client teams to deliver projects using best practices and defined methodologies * Translate analytical outputs into clear insights and recommendations * Adhere to project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines Required Skills: * 3-6 years experience in Plan Design, Incentive / Pharma Consulting, Target Setting * Experience in supporting end‑to‑end design of IC plans including KPI identification, metric definitions
