This role applies experienced judgment to complex incentive scenarios while driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. **Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities** * Administers and optimizes incentive compensation plans in Workday, including plan setup, calculations, and payouts. * Manages end to end incentive compensation cycles, including data validation, quality controls, payout approvals, and audit ready documentation, demonstrating attention to accuracy and compliance. * Builds, maintains, and enhances Workday reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support incentive tracking, transparency, and decision making. * Partners with Sales, Finance, and HR to align incentive plan design, execution, and governance with business objectives. * Analyzes incentive payouts, attainment trends, and cost impacts to provide clear insights that inform leadership decisions and plan effectiveness. * Supports annual incentive planning, modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to ensure scalable and financially responsible program design. * Drives process efficiency by standardizing workflows, improving controls, and leveraging automation within Workday to reduce manual effor
