BSA in a related discipline, 5-8 years of experience in a related field

Demonstrated experience administering incentive compensation programs within Workday, including plan configuration, calculations, reporting, EIBs, and payouts., analytical skills with the ability to interpret incentive outcomes, financial impacts, and performance trends., Proven ability to partner cross functionally with Sales, Finance, and HR in a complex, deadline driven environment., Demonstrated knowledge of incentive governance, controls, documentation, and audit requirements., Ability to lead through influence, problem solve complex issues, and mentor others with clarity and confidence., Certification: CCP, CSCP is preferred.
