What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1–3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or operations, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, High integrity and strict adherence to confidentiality and control requirements

Nice to Have

Macro/VBA experience is a plus, Familiarity with Power BI, incentive management platforms, CRM/SAP Sales Cloud, or Workday is a plus

What You'll Do.

Lead payout cycle end-to-end

Maintain incentive plans

Produce and distribute reporting

Perform account analyses

Investigate and resolve discrepancies

Support system testing

Identify process opportunities

Provide training and guidance

Team & Collaboration

Working closely with Accounting, HR (Comp & Benefits), FP&A and business leaders; Collaborate with peers and senior leaders; Participate in cross-functional projects
