Must Have
bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience in inbound supply, supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement, a solid understanding of materials supply chains, logistics flows, and operational execution, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions and regions, a structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset, the ability to handle operational pressure and respond effectively to supply disruptions, clear and confident communication skills in a multinational environment
Nice to Have
fluency in written and spoken Chinese language skills are an asset
What You'll Do.
Manage end‑to‑end inbound supply execution for raw materials (e. g. pulp)
ensuring availability in line with business demand.
Act as the primary operational interface between sourcing
and mill on inbound supply topics
Monitor inbound supply performance
and delivery proactively identify and mitigate supply risks
Support sourcing and category teams with supply planning
supplier collaboration
and contract implementation
Coordinate inbound logistics flows
including shipment scheduling
delivery status tracking
stock management and issue resolution
Drive continuous improvement in inbound supply processes
Support supply disruption management and contingency planning
including escalation and cross‑functional coordination
Ensure compliance with UPM policies
and ethical standards
Contribute to supply data accuracy
and fact‑based decision‑making
