This role works closely with the FC receiving teams to coordinate appointments and help ensure there is a steady flow of product coming in to maximize labor efficiency and ensure safe and efficient product flow. This role will be responsible for hitting various KPIs, including reliable on time delivery week after week. In the event of QC or Quality issues, this role will work closely with the FC and internal teams to prepare detailed claims documentation and work cross functionally to ensure claims are approved and paid by our carriers in a timely manner.
