What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail display design, shopper marketing, or visual merchandising, Proven track record of managing end-to-end design and production projects, Hands-on experience working with Modern Trade accounts, Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, production budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders, At least 2 years of team leadership experience

Nice to Have

Experience within an FMCG, retail, or agency environment

What You'll Do.

Lead visual merchandising design and production

Translate brand objectives into display concepts

Develop visual identity for extra displays

Integrate shopper marketing insights into design briefs

Lead full design lifecycle

Create structural specifications and technical drawings

Manage vendor and production partner relationships

Maintain design standards library

and Shopper Marketing teams

Align visibility solutions with business priorities

Work closely with Execution Lead and Sales

Ensure seamless handover from design to installation

Provide design support for customer presentations

Build team capability in creative design

Build team capability in operational execution

Plan and manage visibility investment

Identify cost optimization opportunities

Define and monitor KPIs for design output quality

Define and monitor KPIs for project turnaround time

Define and monitor KPIs for in-store compliance
