Job Purpose: To promote products and support sales in retail stores, engaging with customers, demonstrating items, and helping with stock forecasting. ## ## Responsibilities: * Demonstrate TD SYNNEX products of the assigned vendor in the store * Showcase product features and benefits to customers * Provide hands-on demonstrations to encourage trial and purchase * Answer questions and provide product-related information * Promote special offers and upsell related products * Assist in achieving daily or weekly sales targets * Maintain clean and well-stocked displays * Observe customer behavior and preferences * Collect and report customer feedback according to vendor goals * Monitor inventory levels and report low stock * Support procurement forecasting by monitoring stock levels and sales trends * Maintain daily activity logs or sales reports * Share performance updates with supervisors ## Knowledge, Skills and Experience: * Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience) * High School Graduate ESO is required * High School Graduate ESO Preferred * Very good product knowledge: Understanding the product well enough to answer questions and highlight benefits. * Excellent communication skills: Ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and explain product features in a simple and engaging way * Basic reporting skills: Ability to record interactions, sales, and feedback clearly and reliably * Effective Communication Skills: Flexibility to handle different customer types, store environments, and unexpected situations * Good relationship building: Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude to create a positive shopping experience * Sales Orientation: Confidence in promoting products and encouraging purchases without being pushy * Teamwork: Ability to work well with store staff, supervisors, and other promoters. * Time management: Punctuality and efficiency in managing tasks during short shifts or busy periods * Attention to detail: Keeping displays neat, noticing
