Role As In-Store Operations , you will be the administrative and operational heart of the boutique. You will manage all cash, omnichannel flows, and back-office activities with care and precision, ensuring efficiency and quality in every detail. You will collaborate with the sales team and headquarters, ensuring that every procedure, transaction, and interaction reflects brand standards and contributes to an impeccable customer experience. Responsibilities · Manage cash desk and administrative operations (payments, returns, Gift Cards, credit notes). · Monitor omnichannel flows (Click&Collect, Seek&Send) and ensure correct procedure management. · Support the team in customer loyalty activities and CRM management. · Guarantee precise and timely administrative flow: invoices, petty cash, reporting. · Collaborate with the Store Manager on communication with headquarters and operational training. · Contribute to maintaining order and boutique image in line with the brand’s premium standards.
