Must Have
1.5–4 years of experience in credit card risk analytics, Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative fields, working knowledge of SQL/SAS, Experience working with large datasets, Experience with Tableau or PowerPoint for visualization and reporting, Understanding of consumer credit risk fundamentals, Ability to interpret data and explain results clearly, Structured thinking and attention to detail, Problem-solving skills, Familiarity with data interpretation, Ability to interpret data, make sound decisions, Unsecured Risk, 3 to 7 Years, Graduation / Post Graduation, Unsecured Loans

What You'll Do.
Track portfolio performance metrics
Identify early risk signals
Support creation and maintenance of risk dashboards and
Analyze performance of new account vintages
Monitor early delinquency and first-payment default trends
Support evaluation of acquisition strategies
Balance growth and risk
Assist in evaluating approval rate vs loss trade-offs
Participate in champion–challenger analysis
Help document policy rationale and analytical findings
Monitor existing customer credit risk performance
Identify changes in customer behavior
Identify emerging risk signals
Support analytics for risk-based ECM strategies
Track post-implementation performance of ECM actions
Highlight variances versus expectations
Quantify risk–return impact of ECM strategies
Assist in diagnosing portfolio performance changes
Assist in diagnosing segment-level risk drivers
