Must Have
1.5–4 years of experience in credit card risk analytics, Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative fields, working knowledge of SQL/SAS, Experience working with large datasets, Unsecured Risk
Nice to Have
exposure to Python, Experience with Tableau or PowerPoint for visualization and reporting, P&L
What You'll Do.
Track portfolio performance metrics
Support creation and maintenance of risk dashboards
Analyze performance of new account vintages
Monitor early delinquency and first-payment default trends
Support evaluation of acquisition strategies
Assist in evaluating approval rate vs loss trade-offs
Participate in champion–challenger analysis
Help document policy rationale
Monitor existing customer credit risk performance
Support analytics for risk-based ECM strategies
Track post-implementation performance of ECM actions
Quantify risk–return impact of ECM strategies
Assist in diagnosing portfolio performance changes

Participate in regular risk review forums
