Must Have

Implement and configure various Servicenow modules, (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM, HAM) HRSD, SPM, GRC). Any 2 mentioned modules hands-on experience will be mandatory, Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (like SAP, CRM, or ERP) using web services (SOAP and REST), Integration Hub spokes, and custom APIs to ensure seamless data exchange., Create and customize SPM applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports and functionalities, including scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes), workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and ACLs., Provide guidance on governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio planning best practices., Progressive experience in IT service management, with a emphasis on ServiceNow ITSM, Integrations.

Nice to Have

Professional ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous., SPM experience preferred.
