Programme or project management in an R&D or engineering environment, Wind energy experience strongly alternatively: industrial manufacturing R&D, Comfortable operating in ambiguity - able to create structure without being given a template, working knowledge of programme tools: Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent, Excellent stakeholder management - able to work with a technically opinionated R&D head and translate their priorities into organised plans
Nice to Have
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification useful but not demonstrated delivery track record matters more
