What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering, understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), Proficiency with at least one major performance testing tool (e.g., Apache JMeter, Micro Focus LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, Locust, NeoLoad), Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell scripting) for test automation and data manipulation, Solid understanding of system architecture, network protocols (HTTP/S), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and operating systems (Linux, Windows), Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics), Ability to analyze and interpret complex performance data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly, Loadrunner, JMeter, Dynatrace, LoadRunner Enterprise
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
