Must Have
BASc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, Experience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM, Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, Kafka etc., Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design, At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in in-depth hands-on application development experience in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x and Pega frameworks, At least 5 years PEGA relevant experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes, Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills., Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA)
Nice to Have
Hands on experience with large system modernizations to Pega platform, Hands on experience with Pega Smart Claims Engine (SCE), Hands on experience on pega admin activities (installing and configuring Pega Software, managing user access, implementing security protocols, ensuring the overall stability and performance of Pega applications etc.), Pega Smart Claims Engine (SCE)
What You'll Do.
Implement best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding.
Design and develop process-based solutions or BPM.
Work on various rules and features like Flows
Implement full PRPC cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design.
Develop applications in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x and Pega frameworks.
Create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
Perform pega admin activities.
Modernize large systems to Pega platform.
