6+ years of experience in designing and lead the implementation, management, and optimization of AI including Github Copilot and Studio, hands‑on experience with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Enterprise, and secure DevSecOps, expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development & orchestration, GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, CodeQL, repository governance, RAG pipelines, grounding strategies, vector search, Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure: Functions, Logic Apps, APIM, Cognitive Search, API development, REST, Graph API, OAuth2, Entra ID, prompt engineering & AI design practices
Nice to Have
Experience with Teams extensibility & M365 Copilot integrations, Knowledge of agentic AI patterns and enterprise AI governance, Experience coaching developers on AI-assisted coding, Familiarity with Microsoft Responsible AI guidelines, Certified in Github Copilot and Copilot
