What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience in building modern, scalable web applications using Angular and React, UI development skills, solid understanding of frontend architecture, ability to work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams, 4–6+ years of professional experience in frontend development using ReactJS (v16+), Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, responsive design frameworks, Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API, Familiarity with RESTful API integration, JSON handling, authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth), Knowledge of unit testing with Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent, Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, responsive UI development, Experience with build tools and version control (Webpack, Git, npm/yarn), Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material UI), Exposure to Agile methodologies, CI/CD workflows, 6+ years of professional frontend development experience, problem-solving and analytical skills
