What You'll Do.
Configure and customize MS D365 CRM platform to deliver scalable
maintainable solutions
Design and develop custom components and extensions using platform-specific tooling and languages
Build and secure integrations with upstream/downstream systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Establish and manage environments
and CI/CD enforce branching
and release practices
Define and meet non-functional requirements including performance
and perform tuning and guardrails
Produce clear technical documentation: solution designs
API/interface contracts
and operations runbooks
Ensure quality through unit/integration testing
automated test coverage where applicable
and structured defect support UAT
Collaborate closely with functional consultants
and change management to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal accelerators
Advise clients on platform roadmaps
