What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 to 8 years of experience in test automation engineering, Proficient in automation tools like Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright, programming skills in at least one language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#, Experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch or improving existing ones, Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle, types of testing (functional, regression, integration), and Agile methodology, Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar, Knowledge of version control systems (e. g. , Git), problem-solving skills with attention to detail, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, At least 1 yr experience in Playwright / Cypress / WebdriverIO / NightwatchJS, minimum 4 yrs overall automation experience, B. E. / B. Tech / MCA/ M. E/ M. TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs

Experience with API automation testing using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or similar, Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner, Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow
