What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Six months related experience required, Ability to lift and carry trays, carts, and other items safely, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, Basic math skills for processing payments and handling gratuities, Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards, Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
What You'll Do.
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms
Ensure accuracy of orders
Set up and serve meals
Present and answer guest inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Handle guest requests and concerns
and sanitation guidelines
Collect payments accurately
Retrieve and clear trays from guest rooms
Uphold hotel policies
