The Role T1 Energy is seeking an experienced IPQA Tech 2 to join our Module Quality Assurance team. Operating with a higher degree of independence on our advanced manufacturing floor, you will ensure that all in-process quality control measures are strictly adhered to across automated production lines. In addition to conducting routine line audits and identifying material defects, you will own daily laboratory sampling, manage tool and gauge calibrations, and utilize data analysis to track quality trends. This role also serves as a critical peer leader responsible for training and developing Level 1 quality technicians. The ideal candidate has strong numerical and analytical skills, hands-on experience with precision measurement tools, and thrives in a high-volume advanced manufacturing environment.
