The Role T1 Energy is seeking a detail-oriented IPQA Tech 1 to join our Module Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be stationed directly on the advanced manufacturing floor, serving as a critical line of defense ensuring that all photovoltaic products meet our rigorous internal and international quality standards. You will monitor in-process production steps, identify component defects, and execute real-time audits within our high-volume, automated facility. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a keen eye for technical irregularities, and is eager to support continuous improvement workflows alongside our production and engineering teams. Who You Are - In-Process Inspection: Conduct rigorous, scheduled quality checks at key manufacturing milestones (e.g., cell stringing, lamination, framing, and final packaging) to ensure compliance with strict engineering specifications. - Defect Identification & Isolation: Actively identify, document, and report raw material anomalies, cosmetic defects, or structural variations on the line; immediately initiate containment protocols for non-conforming materials. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with production operators, shift supervisors, and equipment technicians to quickly address deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Data Logging & Traceability: Maintain flawless, real-time r
