The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire an IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Inspector. Operating directly on the production floor and in the laboratory, you will monitor manufacturing line compliance, execute standard sample testing, and safeguard product integrity against technical specifications. This position reports directly to the Quality Supervisor and plays a critical role in ensuring our high-volume solar module manufacturing meets rigorous corporate and QMS standards. What You'll Do: - Conduct routine quality inspections and audits on the production line to ensure compliance with T1 Energy’s Quality Management System (QMS) and technical specifications. - Perform various lab tests on in-process samples (e.g., tensile strength, chemical tests) in accordance with the sampling plan. - Identify, isolate, and properly label non-conforming products and materials. - Read and interpret technical documents and specifications. - Operate and maintain precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. - Prepare and process samples as required for laboratory testing. - Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and inspection tools. - Record inspection results accurately and enter data into the quality management database/system. - Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. - Support other quality-related tasks
