About the Opportunity We are seeking passionate and dependable individuals to provide in-person academic support to elementary students in schools throughout the Nashville area. Tutors will work directly with students to help strengthen foundational reading skills while building confidence, engagement, and a positive learning experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful impact in their local community. Prior teaching experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds including tutors, substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, college students, aspiring educators, retired educators, youth program leaders, coaches, and professionals seeking meaningful part-time work. Start Date: September 2026 Location: Nashville, TN (Multiple School Locations) Schedule: School-day hours; mornings and/or afternoons depending on school placement; Approximately 5-10 hours per week Position Overview As an In-Person Elementary Tutor, you will work with students during the school day in a structured educational environment.
