What They're Looking For.
Must Have
SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) Consultant, minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Project Systems (PS), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and related SAP EPPM components, functional expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, project analytics, and integration with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and HCM, SAP EPPM/PS, S4HANA, E2E Implementation, SAP Project System (PS)
Nice to Have
Experience in industries like Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Professional Services, Exposure to Agile/Hybrid project management methodologies, Experience in global SAP rollouts
What You'll Do.
Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP EPPM / PPM / PS modules
Conduct requirement gathering
Configure project structures (WBS
Implement SAP PPM functionalities: Portfolio buckets
and resource planning
Partner with business stakeholders to understand project management needs and map them to SAP EPPM functionalities
Design optimized project and portfolio processes aligned with industry best practices (SAP Activate or ASAP methodology)
and provide functional guidance to users
Work closely with technical teams (ABAP
BTP) for enhancements
and custom developments
Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO
Support data migration activities involving project structures
Support reporting through SAP Fiori apps
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Develop dashboards for portfolio performance
and resource utilization
Ensure data accuracy across portfolio and project reporting
