What You'll Do.
Ensure seamless completion of internal evaluation (Risk and Quality) for new and ongoing projects
Develop a structured implementation plan for timely completion of the projects
Ensure the projects are executed as per plan
Maintain internal KPIs on projects (e.g. margins

Team management & compliances
Lead and manage the project team

Plan for capacity building for the team and proactively contribute to knowledge management activities
Delegate tasks effectively to provide opportunities and coaching to the team members
Ensure that all required internal compliances are effectively managed through a team.
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Aid in conversion of opportunities through conversations

Client relationship management
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term associations
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and aid/facilitate cross-sell
