What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 to 7 years experience in BFSI sector, Experience in banks/NBFCs/fintech, Understanding of lending products, Experience defining processes for lending products, Requirements gathering for loan systems, Business Requirements gathering, Requirement Analysis through analyzing BRDs/Gap Documents, Act as liaison between Development and Business, Resolve project deliverable issues, Provide functional support during development and testing, Track and manage delivery of multiple projects, Define governance framework for project management, Manage digital transformation projects/program, Manage project lifecycle activities, Act as point of contact between client, vendor, stakeholders, Share project status with Senior management, Set up governance framework and compliance index, Educate business and IT on processes and best practices, Digital Transformation, Lending
Nice to Have
Experience in Credit policies, Experience with Loan Origination System (LOS), Experience with Loan management system (LMS), Preferably from Big 4/ Banks/NBFCs/Fintech/ IT Consulting Companies
