hands-on background in Java and Spring Boot microservices, Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, GraphQL API design and integration, Experience with security concepts such as authentication, authorization, and encryption, Experience in Relational & NoSQL databases, Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source code management tools, Exposure to cloud-native or distributed system architectures, understanding of business requirements and technical solutioning, Proven experience in effort estimation, delivery planning, and risk management, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models, client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, Java, Spring Boot, 8–10 Years with good exposure to Java Architecture and Technical delivery, B. E. / B. Tech / MCA/ M. E/ M. TECH/ MBA/ PGDM
Nice to Have
Experience delivering large-scale enterprise or cloud migration programs, Prior experience as a Technical Lead / Module Lead / Delivery Lead, Certifications preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide technical leadership for Java / Spring Boot microservices-based applications
Review solution designs
architecture decisions
Guide teams on best practices and NFR implementation
Support resolution of complex technical
Plan and manage delivery timelines
Coordinate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines
and production readiness
Ensure appropriate documentation including architecture
and operational runbooks
and ensure delivery quality
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Communicate delivery status
and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders
