Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team works in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits. Given the nature of this role, you can expect to be onsite as needed to oversee construction progress, conduct walkthroughs, coordinate with contractors, and address project needs in real time. Flexibility with spending additional time onsite is essential. Deliver powerful results To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Construction Project Manager, with a Bachelor’s degree (related field is preferred, such as construction management or project management), and at least 4+ years of work experience in construction management who is fueled by a passion for team success and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Oversee external development of Zeta’s new facilities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to Zeta’s specified excellence and safety standards Oversee and manage all aspects of building renovations and major facility projects from start to finish Negotiate and manage master service agreements with construction and maintenance vendors to support our annual repair and maintenance cycle Manage
