Easterseals NH is hiring **Homemakers** and **Personal Care Service Providers (PCSPs)** to join our compassionate team of in-home caregivers. You’ll bring care, comfort, and connection to individuals in their homes, helping them live safely and independently. If you are a Personal Care Assistant, Caregiver, In-Home Caregiver, Home Health Aid, PCA or if you are looking to start a career in the Human Services field, this could be the role for you! No prior experience needed, we provide paid training to set you up for success! * **Location:** Rochester and surrounding areas * **Schedules:** Full-Time 30-40 hours/week and Part-Time 20 hours/week available * **Compensation:** $18 - $20 hourly, based on position. **** **Homemaker Duties:** * Provide companionship and emotional support * Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry * Run errands such as grocery shopping * Follow individualized care plans * Complete daily documentation **PCSP Duties:** * Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities * Support clients during doctor’s appointments * Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands * Follow individualized care plans * Complete daily documentation **** **Qualifications:** * Must be 18 years of age or older * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Ability to work independently and meet clients’ physical, emotional, and intellectual needs **What’s in it for you?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time, eligible employees, including: * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability * PTO begins accruing on your first day! * Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice.
