understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and business processes, Experience with multiple SAP modules (Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, HCM), Solid exposure to SAP integrations (PI/PO, CPI, APIs), data migration, and SAP Basis concepts, Experience working with SAP Activate methodology, Proven experience managing $10M + SAP transformation programs, program governance, risk management, and escalation handling, Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in complex environments, Program/Project Management: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Tools: Jira, MS Project, SAP Solution Manager, ALM, Azure DevOps, Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, DevOps concepts

What You'll Do.
Lead and govern large-scale SAP programs
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / Agile / Hybrid delivery methodologies
Manage interdependencies between SAP workstreams
Drive end-to-end program planning
Act as the primary interface between business leaders
Translate business objectives into executable SAP program roadmaps
Run Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings and provide executive-level reporting
Proactively manage expectations
and cost controls (CapEx / OpEx)
Manage vendor commercials
Ensure financial transparency and benefits realization
and mitigate program-level risks and issues
Establish governance frameworks
and compliance standards
Ensure adherence to security
