Must Have
knowledge of sustainability standards and frameworks, including BRSR, GRI Standards, GHG, SASB, TCFD, UNSDGs, IIRC, ICMA, CDP, and DJSI.
Nice to Have
BFSI sector experience as a plus, Certificate in ESG Investing, UNPRI, GRI etc. is a plus
What You'll Do.
Analyzing ESG-related activities and developing strategic initiatives for responsible business practices and sustainable development.
Defining and implementing ESG strategies that integrate with revised business models to meet current needs and drive future growth.
Capability to do physical & transition climate risk assessment
Creating sustainability/ESG programs and associated reporting.
Conducting materiality assessments
stakeholder engagement
and identifying metrics/KPIs in line with sustainability/ESG reporting standards such as GRI
Preparing both internal and external reporting materials.
Conducting sector and market research with a focus on ESG topics for clients.
Managing day-to-day project activities
liaising with internal and external stakeholders
and ensuring timely delivery.
Engaging in market research and supporting business development activities to expand the company's reach and influence.
Assist in creating new service offerings and support the submission of proposals to prospective clients.
