Must Have
2 to 7 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or Workday Analyst role, Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies (Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Connectors, SOAP & REST APIs, and BIRT reports), understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security), Experience in technical data analysis, middleware troubleshooting, and system integrations, Proficiency in cloud SaaS architecture, integration patterns, and business process optimization, ability to document requirements, create process flows, and write user stories, Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholder management and communication skills, Business Analysis, Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Workday Extend
Nice to Have
Workday Integration Pro certifications, Experience with Workday Extend for custom application development, Knowledge of Azure,. NET frameworks, Java, or Python for integration development, Experience in HRIS systems, payroll, and data governance best practices, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
