Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SOC/Incident Management/Incident Response /Threat Detection Engineering/ Vulnerability Management/ SOC platform management/ Automation/Asset Integration/ Threat Intel Management /Threat Hunting, Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SOC/Incident Management/Incident Response /Threat Detection Engineering/Vulnerability Management/ SOC platform management/ Automation/ Asset Integration/ Threat Intel Management/Threat Hunting, Certified SOC Analyst (EC-Council), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (EC-Council), Certified Ethical Hacker (EC-Council), CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) or equivalent
Nice to Have
Product Certifications on SOC Security Tools such as SIEM/Vulnerability Management/ DAM/UBA/ SOAR/NBA etc., Splunk
What You'll Do.
Monitor and detect threats round the clock
and abnormal behavior
Perform initial assessment
Determine severity and urgency
Prioritize security alerts
Create incidents as per SOPs
Report and escalate to stakeholders
Conduct post-incident analysis
Triage incidents consistently
Provide recommendations using playbooks
Develop incident management policies
Maintain incident response policies
Preserve security artifacts for forensic purpose
Adhere to SLAs and KPIs
