Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering, understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), understanding of various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), Proficiency with at least one major performance testing tool (e.g., Apache JMeter, Micro Focus LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, Locust, NeoLoad), Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell scripting) for test automation and data manipulation, Solid understanding of system architecture, Solid understanding of network protocols (HTTP/S), Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), Solid understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows), Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics), Ability to analyze and interpret complex performance data, Ability to identify trends, Ability to draw meaningful conclusions, Excellent analytical skills, Excellent problem-solving skills, Excellent debugging skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, Loadrunner, JMeter, Dynatrace, LoadRunner Enterprise
