Follow up persistently on purchase orders

Ensure vendors remain aligned on timelines

Coordinate multi-vendor shipments and support freight consolidation

Manage import documentation including prior notices

Review all shipment documents for accuracy and completeness

Coordinate compliance requirements for food imports

Maintain organized records of shipments

and compliance workflows

Support initiatives to reduce shipping costs

Identify inefficiencies in current logistics workflows

Recommend improvements to logistics processes

Help standardize processes

Contribute to building a more scalable and efficient supply chain

Take full ownership of inbound logistics operations

Serve as the go-to person for shipment coordination
