Must Have

Nice to Have
food or regulated goods strongly preferred, Familiarity with compliance requirements such as FDA clearance, prior notices, HTS codes, and product classifications, Experience coordinating air, ocean, and inland freight shipments
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end international shipments
Coordinate with freight forwarders
Track shipments proactively and identify risks
Confirm pallet configurations
and shipment readiness
Ensure vendors meet shipping timelines and requirements
Manage relationships with ~30 global vendors
Follow up persistently on purchase orders
Ensure vendors remain aligned on timelines
Coordinate multi-vendor shipments and support freight consolidation
Manage import documentation including prior notices
Review all shipment documents for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate compliance requirements for food imports
Maintain organized records of shipments
and compliance workflows
Support initiatives to reduce shipping costs
Identify inefficiencies in current logistics workflows
Recommend improvements to logistics processes
Help standardize processes
Contribute to building a more scalable and efficient supply chain
Take full ownership of inbound logistics operations
Serve as the go-to person for shipment coordination
Ensure consistent execution with minimal oversight
Reduce operational friction
