Working closely with the Import & Export Compliance Manager and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in shipment coordination, trade compliance, customs documentation validation, and operational follow-up with brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers. You will act as an important point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external logistics partners, ensuring shipment readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all import and export activities. ## Responsibilities: Import & Export Operations * Support import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, ANVISA requirements, and internal company policies. * Monitor and validate documentation prepared by customs brokers and freight forwarders, ensuring accuracy in customs classification, fiscal documents, and shipment details. * Track shipment readiness and customs clearance processes, proactively addressing delays or discrepancies. * Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely shipment execution and operational efficiency.
