Solid working knowledge of international import/export regulations, Experience handling customs documentation, Experience handling proforma invoicing, Experience handling clinical trial logistics, Ability to juggle multiple studies, Ability to juggle shipment documentation
Nice to Have
Familiarity with quality frameworks, GCP knowledge is a genuine advantage, GDP knowledge is a genuine advantage, GDocP knowledge is a genuine advantage, GMP knowledge is a genuine advantage, GCLP knowledge is a genuine advantage, Experience in trade compliance is a significant plus, Fluency in Dutch is a real bonus, Fluency in Spanish is a real bonus

Ensure shipping documentation meets QA requirements

Ensure shipping documentation meets financial requirements
Ensure shipping documentation meets regulatory requirements
Coordinate with internal teams
Coordinate with external stakeholders
Monitor pending documentation
Drive continuous improvement
Contribute to SOP development
Provide training to transport colleagues
