Full Job Description

**Job Summary:** The IMMEX Coordinator is responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with the IMMEX program at the plant. This role oversees all import/export operations, maintains accurate records for temporary imports, coordinates with customs authorities, and leads internal and external audits. The coordinator also supervises analysts responsible for fixed assets and inventory, and works closely with finance, logistics, and compliance teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with IMMEX and Mexican customs regulations. * Reconcile and analyze discrepancies related physical inventory balances against the system (inventory) on a monthly basis . * Verify compliance with the permitted storage periods for temporary good (art. 108 Ley Aduanera) and if is required work with materials department to develop solution strategics to avoid having material out of time. * Support to the I/E Manager for the VAT and AEO certification solicitation * Audit and reconcile annex 30 reports and annex 24 * Supervise the fixed asset analyst to maintain detailed records of all fixed assets imported under IMMEX, including acquisition, location, movement, and disposal. * Reconcile fixed asset records with customs documentation and IMMEX reports. * Conduct periodic physical audits of fixed assets and resolve discrepancies. * Support internal and external audits by providing asset-related information and documentation. * Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting. * Support I/E Manager internal and external audits by providing inventory-related information and documentation. * Coordinate with the I/E Manager in preparing inventory reports for SAT and Secretaría de Economía. * Identify and implement process improvements for inventory management and compliance. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Accounting, or related field. * M
