Must Have

Experience in logistics and Import/Export trade compliance., Demonstrated experience with EU and UK trade laws and regulations., Familiarity with Customs regulations in the US and Asia., Familiarity with government PGA requirements from the government agencies, Knowledge of international trade documentation, INCOTERMS, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), ECCN classifications, and valuation practices., Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)., Attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field preferred but not required., Experience in the Life Sciences industry and industry certifications (e. g. , CECP, CCS) are a plus.

The role focuses on Import/Export documentation, regulatory compliance (globally) and coordination with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners. The Analyst plays a critical role in enabling timely delivery of shipments while safeguarding regulatory adherence.
